Refund and Returns Policy for Shrivyanjan Foods

Thank you for shopping at Shrivyanjan Foods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 3 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 3 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product isn’t used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Customized products according to your specifications.
  • Personal care goods such as beauty products.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.

3. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back the returned product. For items returned by mail, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange for another product, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
